Council agenda for Tuesday Oct 16

WORK SESSION

TUESDAY OCTOBER 16, 5:01 PM

1415 Melody Land Bldg. G

Background here:

Of interest...this likely will be the course of action to pay for debt service, inflation costs, and delivery costs of the Wastewater Treatment System. (It would be helpful to know how much garbage rates will be. Because our monthly bills are sewer/garbage together. )

Agenda

1.      Presentation by Dan Jackson of Willdan of the proposed Sewer Rate Plan

Robert E. Smith, City Manager

2. Solar Presentation by Arizona State University.

David M. Smith, Mayor

REGULAR SESSION

TUESDAY OCTOBER 16 7:00 PM

1415 Melody Land Bldg. G

Background here:

Of interest...adoption of the sewer rates noted in the work session likely. A possible conflict of interest investigation regarding Anna Cline, and maybe, if this parking space is approved, this will be the last of the Jon Sky/neighbors ongoing turmoil playing out the last few months.
